Shortbread butter cookies with wildflowers

These butter shortbread cookies, coated in 64% dark chocolate, are garnished with Gaspé wildflowers.

They were created in collaboration with Marie 4 poches, a bakery and pastry shop in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, as well as Les Jardins de l'Orme in Matane.

This product is the result of the marriage of three local businesses run by passionate women.
