About us
Couleur Chocolat is a Gaspesian company that was founded in 2008 by Carl Pelletier, in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. The chocolatier returned to his native region to open a chocolate factory. A few years later, Paule, his daughter, joined the business to contribute to it. Couleur Chocolat offers quality products made with passion.
